San Gabriel Lunar New Year

San Gabriel Lunar New Year is an annual celebration in the City of San Gabriel. The city approached KCM Agency to produce the one-day festival held in the first quarter of each year. My role is to set the brand guidelines, logo design, and following collateral design for the festival.

The design changes every year while remaining true to the San Gabriel Lunar New Year brand. The changes accommodate each year’s new Chinese New Year zodiac and auspicious colors. Collateral design encompasses all necessary ephemera for the festival, ranging from social media graphic to large format signage.
