Introducing Signals: Account-Based Website Intelligence

Signals is Qualified’s predictive AI product that lets users see who is in market to purchase, so they can focus sales and marketing efforts on high-intent accounts and maximize pipeline.

The Signals AI Predictive Model combines first-party website engagement, third-party research intent data, and Salesforce data to identify where each account is in their buyer journey. Use these insights to target the accounts that are sales-ready and nurture those who are just starting their research.

PROJECT GOALS

  • Create a new brand for Qualified’s second full product offering for both external prospects and existing customers

  • Launch Signals to a wide audience — from C-suite and founders, revenue ops teams, to SDRs and account managers

  • Increase website traffic and noise on social platforms

  • Propel deal cycle acceleration and account expansion

ROLES & DELIVERABLES

  • Creative direction, brand design, visual identity

Ideation and concept development

Working alongside stakeholders, we explored a range of visuals for the Signals brand, including type, iconography, and design elements. The color palette draws from the product’s intent rating (cold to hot).

Final direction

The resulting visual identity consists of a brand gradient and logo using Qualified’s brand font and a signal wave mark.

Signals Keynote Sizzle

Launch assets

Signals is Qualified’s biggest launch after its main product, now Qualified Conversations. Working with the product marketing team, the launch roll-out included a teaser in the Autumn Release Notes, adjacent e-book, social swarm, keynote video, landing page, direct mail campaign, customer emails, paid ads, blog posts, and a press release.
